Christine Wan
Senior Manager
Christine Wan joined the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) in 2022 and is currently a Senior Manager managing the Financial Services, Sustainability, and Energy portfolios. In this role, she drives strategic initiatives to strengthen partnerships between U.S. businesses and Southeast Asia governments. Prior to this position, Christine was a Manager at USABC focusing on financial services, sustainability, and energy. Before joining USABC, Christine worked in the Singapore government (EnterpriseSG), focusing on developing and scaling companies. Christine has a degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore, and a professional certificate in Sustainability from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Christine Wan joined the US-ASEAN Business Council (USABC) in 2022 and is currently a Senior Manager, a position she has held since 2025. In this role, she drives programs and initiatives to strengthen partnerships between U.S. businesses and Southeast Asia governments with a sectoral focus on financial services, sustainability, and energy. Prior to her current position, Christine was a Manager at USABC focusing on the same portfolios.

Before joining the US-ASEAN Business Council, Christine was a Development Partner at Enterprise Singapore, a statutory board under the Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry, with a focus on developing and scaling companies in the wholesale trade sector. Her experience gave her the opportunity to work with both senior government officials and the private sector, work in developing markets, and also provided insight into policy-making processes and implementation. She also has extensive research experience in public policy and geopolitics in Southeast Asia, new technologies, regional and international trade and has worked with boutique consulting firms and research organisations.

Christine graduated from the National University of Singapore with an honours degree in Political Science (First Class). She is also an alumni of the Yale Visiting International Students Program. She also holds a professional certificate from MIT in Sustainability.
