Tomomi Takeda joined the Council in August 2022 as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Representative in the Council’s Bangkok office. She is responsible for providing support to the Chief Representative (Laos, Myanmar, Thailand), doing general administration tasks for Bangkok office and assisting in preparations for Council business missions and events in Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand. Before taking up this role, she started as a volunteer for the Council’s Thailand Business Mission in November 2021. Tomomi also was a member of several event organizing teams which gave her a wealth of experience in management and organization.   

Tomomi graduated from Mahidol University International College in 2021 and received her bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Global Affairs.  She used to study and live in Germany after graduating from high school. Tomomi was born and grew up in Bangkok.  She reads, writes, and speaks Thai and English. She also studied German, French, Japanese and Korean. In her spare time, Tomomi enjoys self-studying business-related subjects and food science.
