Phuong Nguyen joined the Council since January 2020 as a Manager, based in Hanoi. With experience in project management and government relations, she supports the Council's activities, trade missions, and advocacy in Vietnam. Prior to joining the Council, Phuong gained valuable experience at renowned organizations such as KPMG, Vietnam Business Forum, and the Asian Development Bank. She holds degrees in Banking & Finance from National Economic University and Language & International Studies from Hanoi University.

Phuong Nguyen is an experienced staff who joined the Council in January 2020 as a Manager based in Hanoi, Vietnam. With experience in project management and government relations, she supports the Council's activities and initiatives in Vietnam, which include trade missions, events, government relations, and advocacy efforts. 

Phuong's journey with the Council began in 2011 when she initially joined from KPMG. During her early years at the Council, she served as the Executive Assistant to the Country Representative for three years, managing various responsibilities. 

In 2015, Phuong took on a new role as a member of the Forum Secretariat at the Vietnam Business Forum. Here, she coordinated high-profile bi-annual forums between the business community and Vietnamese leadership. Additionally, she showcased her expertise by managing the Banking & Finance specialized Working Group at the Secretariat. 

Phuong transitioned to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2017, where she took on the role of Project Coordinator in the Portfolio Administration Unit. Throughout her nearly 3 years at the ADB, Phuong displayed exceptional project management skills, effectively overseeing the administration of multiple projects. 

She holds degrees in Banking & Finance from National Economic University and Language & International Studies from Hanoi University.
