Linh’s career journey reflects her commitment to impactful communication and policy work. She initially developed her expertise at T&A Ogilvy from 2019 to 2022, where she served as a Public Affairs Assistant. In this role, Linh effectively managed responsibilities such as building partnerships with government agencies and key stakeholders, as well as supporting strategic public relations initiatives.

Linh holds a Master's degree in International Communication Management from The Hague University, Netherlands, which equipped her with advanced skills in strategic communications and project management. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, further grounding her in the principles of policy and law.
