Before joining Solventum, Jonathan served as Vice President of Global Vaccines & International Forums, Government Affairs & Policy at Johnson & Johnson. During his tenure, he led global strategy and crisis planning for COVID-19, managing critical access agreements and corporate reputation throughout the pandemic response. He also strengthened J&J's engagement with key international forums such as the G20, OECD, G7, and APEC. In his previous role as APAC Regional Lead for J&J, based in Singapore, Jonathan oversaw government affairs and policy initiatives across Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Consumer Health. In 2014, Jonathan was instrumental in leading the foundation of the Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association (APACMED).
Earlier in his career, Jonathan held leadership roles as Head of Government Affairs and Communications for Medtronic and Covidien in the APAC region. He began his career working in Intel. He has consistently driven impactful policy and legislative advocacy in diverse global markets. He has lived in Washington D.C., Ireland, and Singapore. His work spans the healthcare, materials, and technology sectors.
