Prior to joining Qualcomm, Becky was an integral part of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s China team advancing policies to improve U.S.-China commercial relations. Her activities included advocating for the Chamber’s policy priorities with Members of Congress, the executive branch, Chinese government ministries, association partners, and the diplomatic community. Throughout her career, she has led policy advocacy across a range of issues affecting the U.S. technology sector. She has worked for the US Information Technology Association (USITO)in Beijing and began her career on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Assistant covering international trade issues for a North Carolina Member of Congress.
Becky serves on the board of the Open RAN Policy Coalition and the US Information TechnologyAssociation (USITO). She received her B.A. degreefrom Lenoir-Rhyne Colleague and her M.A. degree from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
