Minh Duc joined the US-ASEAN Business Council in 2025, based in Hanoi. Before that, he had 12 years of experience as a public policy manager at the Legal Department of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). He represented the interests of the Vietnamese business community in the policy and law-making process. Duc holds a bachelor's degree in Law and a master's degree in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University, New York.

Minh Duc serves as a policy analyst at the US-ASEAN Business Council, specializing in Vietnam's economic policy. His in-depth understanding of the Vietnamese legal system provides valuable advice to the Council and its members.

Minh Duc earned his BA from Hanoi Law University, where he won numerous academic awards. He then worked for the Legal Department of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) for 12 years. His main job was to prepare VCCI's opinions on the drafting of Vietnam's laws and regulations in all areas related to business.

In addition, he has written many in-depth reports for VCCI on Vietnam's business environment and economic policies. These VCCI reports often have a great influence on Vietnam's policy movements.

Minh Duc later won a Fulbright scholarship and pursued a Master of Public Administration in Economic Policy Management at Columbia University. The program is specifically designed for midcareer economic policy makers in developing countries.

Minh Duc has built his personal brand as an economic policy expert. He regularly appears in the press and writes a blog to discuss policy issues.
