<span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial; font-size: 16px;">In light of current developments in </span><span class="il" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial; font-size: 16px;">Laos</span><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial; font-size: 16px;"> and based on our conversations with the Government of </span><span class="il" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial; font-size: 16px;">Laos</span><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial; font-size: 16px;">, the Council is planning to return to an in-person format for the </span><span class="il" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial; font-size: 16px;">mission</span><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial; font-size: 16px;"> and follow all local COVID related protocols. </span>
